Nerve Centre® is used to automatically call in system administrators when a server they are responsible for malfunctions.
Nerve Centre® sends an alarm to Ordina’s monitoring system when a server goes offline, for example, or when a network connection stops functioning. A notification is sent to systems management when an application stops functioning properly, like when a system is approaching its memory capacity. Nerve Centre® allows Ordina to prevent damage and solve problems even before they affect their customers. In this way, Ordina can keep on top of agreements with their customers. Even outside of office hours, Nerve Centre® can alert staff when a system malfunctions.
